Payment

Klaushall.com / Sidewalk Mystery accepts online payments via Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, PayPal, and MobilePay.

The payment will not be charged to your account until access to the purchased game has been set up and the receipt and passwords have been sent to you.

All amounts on the website are listed in Danish kroner and include sales tax.

Klaushall.com / Sidewalk Mystery uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information using the SSL protocol. This helps protect your information from unauthorized access.

The Sidewalk Mystery website also uses SSL encryption.

Shipping

Outdoor games, print-your-own murder mysteries, and gift cards are sent via email immediately after payment is processed.

Physical games are shipped to the nearest DAO package shop in Denmark.

Customer and Privacy Policy

We do not sell your personal information. We only share your personal information with others when it is necessary to process your order, deliver the product you purchased, or comply with our legal obligations.

Right of withdrawal

When purchasing Sidewalk Mystery games, a 14-day right of withdrawal generally applies in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act.

For digital products, the right of withdrawal may lapse once delivery begins, provided the conditions set forth in the law are met. This requires, among other things, that you have given your express consent in advance to the commencement of delivery before the expiration of the cancellation period and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of cancellation.

You must notify us of your cancellation within 14 days of purchase. The notification must be sent by email to klaus@sidewalkmystery.dk, and it must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.

Right of complaint

A 2-year warranty applies to products in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers defects that fall under the provisions of the Sale of Goods Act.

Defects and deficiencies must be reported to Sidewalk Mystery within a reasonable time after they are discovered. A complaint submitted within two months of the discovery of the defect will always be considered timely.

The right to file a complaint does not cover issues resulting from improper use or circumstances that do not constitute a defect in the product. An inability to solve the game’s mysteries is not in itself a defect. The same applies to changes in the environment, such as roadwork or other circumstances beyond our control that are not caused by a defect in the product.

Sidewalk Mystery games take place on publicly accessible streets, alleys, and paths. You are responsible for staying safe and being aware of traffic and your surroundings.

Complaint options

If you wish to file a complaint about a product or service, you can contact the Consumer Complaints Mediation Team at Nævnenes Hus through the Nævnenes Hus Complaints Portal.

The mediation team tries to help the parties reach a resolution. If that is not successful, the case may, depending on the circumstances, be brought before the Consumer Complaints Board.

Certain conditions apply for a complaint to be processed, including requirements regarding the price of the product or service. You should therefore check the current conditions and any fees with Nævnenes Hus.
